Notification
Through which the Data Controller informs the User about the collection and processing of personal data, with the purpose of ensuring and exercising the User’s rights to privacy, as well as the User’s rights concerning the collection and processing of personal data.
Data Processed, Purpose of Processing, Transfer Abroad
During registration on the portal, which is a prerequisite for online ticket purchasing, the User enters the following personal data:
- Email address
- Username
- First and Last name
- Address (optional)
- City
- Country (optional)
- Phone number
The aforementioned data is a mandatory requirement for the conclusion of the Contract and is processed:
- for the purpose of concluding and executing the Contract;
- to inform the user about the event for which the Contract was concluded.
Concluding and executing a ticket sales agreement is not possible without the User providing the previously mentioned personal data. By entering the data and completing the reservation and purchase process, the User gives consent for the processing of his/her personal data.
User’s personal data is transferred to the Republic of Germany.
User Rights
The User has the right to access, rectify, supplement, and delete their own personal data. At any time, the User has the right to revoke their consent to process personal data, but the revocation is not retroactive and does not pertain to previously conducted processes.
To exercise the rights mentioned above, the User must submit their request in writing, by sending an email to: tix@gigstix.com
The Data Controller will respond to the requests as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the request.
The Data Controller informs the User that they can file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

The Data Controller has implemented technical and organizational procedures to ensure the security of the User’s personal data, including protection against unauthorized access and data safeguarding.
Only the Data Controller’s employees have access to the User’s personal data and are bound to treat them as confidential, using them only when necessary and only to the extent necessary for performing specific tasks.
Privacy Policy
The Data Controller commits to preserving the privacy of the User.
Personal data will not be sold to other legal or natural entities.
The name, surname, and email address of the User may be provided to the event organizer for which the User purchased a ticket, if required for informing about the event, other events, and for obtaining User’s rights.
