The event organizer informs visitors and answers important questions regarding the visit and organization of the concert:
Bulevar Nikole Tesle will be closed on the day of the concert, so please keep this in mind when planning your journey to the venue.
Public transportation will be operating as usual, however we expect much heavier traffic both before and after the show. And since there will unfortunately won’t be any parking at the venue, your best option is walking. That’s a great way to enjoy summer weather and even make new friends on your way!
17:00h — doors
19:00h — beginning of the show
the show will end no later than 23:00
Please check the show schedule and arrive as early as possible to avoid the lines and missing any of your favorite songs.
Do not forget your ticket, obviously. It’s totally up to you if you want to print it or show it on your device – we’ll be happy with either.
But do make sure your phone is fully charged. And yes, you can bring a power bank with you.
Yes, the venue is pretty big, but don’t worry – you won’t get lost (unless you decide to get lost in music, but that’s a different story).
Your sector is indicated on your ticket. Simply find it on the venue map, check the route and go to the corresponding entrance. There will also be navigation banners and signs at Ušće. And you can always ask any venue staff member to point you in the right direction.
But please note that you can only enter the venue once. That means that you will not be able to return to the venue once you have left it.
Tickets purchased on gigstix.com for the standing area (General Admission) allow entry through any entrance, regardless of the sector designation written at the entrance.
We sincerely hope that won’t happen. But in case there are any problems with your ticket, just head to the closest ticketing troubleshooting point near your entrance. Each point is indicated on the venue map.
Good luck, we hope it’s nothing major!
It’s always a good idea to check the weather forecast on the day of the show so that you can dress appropriately. It is an open-air event after all!
Also make sure you’re protected from the sun. Hats are totally fine on the venue and so is the sunscreen. Just make sure your SPF bottles are under 100ml.
Umbrellas, however, are not permitted. So in case there is rain (let’s all pray there isn’t), just bring a raincoat.
And finally: always drink enough water to avoid dehydration. As we sadly don’t allow any outside drinks, we made sure there are enough bars on the site where you can buy water and other drinks. There are 17 bars and they are all easy to find on our map. Cheers!
It wouldn’t be a proper night to remember without some great merch, would it?
So there will be several stalls with official merch, all indicated on the venue map. Cash and card will be accepted there.
And if you’re nice, we can even offer you tips on which t-shirt looks best on you.
Sorry, but nope. You can’t bring any drinks with you. But the good news is that we’ve installed not one, not two, but 17 bars at the venue! And all of them will accept both cash and cards.
You can’t bring any food, but don’t worry: there will be 6 food trucks waiting for you in different zones of the venue. All of them are indicated on the venue map.
Of course. There will be toilets at each zone. All of them are indicated on the venue map, too.
Great news is that there is no strict dress code: wear whatever you want!
But if you ask us, we’d say avoid high heels. It’s just won’t be that comfy. It’s better to opt for something more casual. Basically any comfortable shoes and clothes will do.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. And let’s be real: it’s not like they’d enjoy a huge crowd of people singing on top of their lungs and all that concert buzz. So just come back home to your pet and play him or her your favorite record. Now that’s a cozy afterparty!
Yes, you can, there are no age limits and everyone is welcome. Just keep in mind that children of all ages must have their own tickets.
Also any individual under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
We always recommend focusing on the moment and not wasting too much time and energy on trying to capture that moment. But it’s absolutely up to you, as personal use cameras and smartphone cameras are welcome at the event.
However, professional cameras (the ones with interchangeable lenses), video and recording equipment are not allowed. Let’s leave all of that to the professional photographers who will be working on the event. You’re here to enjoy the music.
Yes, it is. There will be a special entrance for wheelchairs. Just take a look at our map to find it or ask any member of the staff to assist you.
You can bring a bag or a backpack. But please make sure it does not exceed A4 format. It means that larger bags will not be permitted. And let’s be honest: you don’t really want anything weighing you down and limiting your moves and dances, do you?
And as there will be no lockers on the venue, it’s better to not bring anything large with you to the concert.
Ouch. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen because nobody wants that!
The general rule is simple: if you purchased your ticket from an official ticket operator, you’re safe. But if you got it from an unofficial one or used a reseller website, you sadly risk not being able to attend the event due to violation of the event rules.
We hope you understand that creating a 100% safe environment is our number one priority. And we really need your help in order to properly do our job.
So we will politely and carefully inspect all personal belongings once you enter the venue. And if you cooperate with the venue security staff, the entry and inspection process will be simple and quick and nobody will miss any songs.
We also remind you to only take the essentials to the event. Please do not bring large bags (anything larger than A4 format), as they will not be allowed and will create unnecessary hustle and headache for you, as there will be no lockers to store them.
Hopefully you will not lose anything except any negative emotions you might have.
But if you do drop or forget anything, security guards will collect all the lost belongings after the event and will promptly bring everything to us.

We hope that won’t be necessary, but things happen. And we’re fully prepared. If you need emergency help please come up to any security staff and they will reach out to the on-site medical staff. It will be very easy to spot them: all security staff will be wearing fluorescent vests or dressed in uniform with the word ‘Security’ on it.
But most importantly make sure you stay hydrated, protect yourself from the sun and watch out for your fellow concertgoers in order to maintain a healthy ambience. Safe fun is the best kind of fun!
Sure, you can. There’s only one rule: any psychoactive substances will not be allowed.
As we’ve mentioned before, try not to bring too much stuff with you. You’re going to the concert, not the holidays, okay? Just kidding.
But we’re pretty serious about the following list of items. None of these things will be allowed at the venue:
Any liquids
Food
Professional video and photo cameras (cameras with interchangeable lens)
Big posters, banners and signs
Aerosol products
Any kind of glass packaging (bottles, jars and tumblers)
Piercing, bladed and cutting objects, knives and other edged weapons
Big flags
Laser devices such as laser pointers
Pyrotechnics, fireworks
Umbrellas
Strollers
Bikes
Monowheels
Scooters
Motorcycles
Drones
Illegal substances/drugs
